A female pilgrim from Jigawa State, Hajiya Rabi Mohammed Mohammed, has passed away at the King Abdulaziz Hospital in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Friday night after a brief illness.
The Malam Madori Zonal Officer of the Jigawa State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu Tahir, disclosed this to the Radio Nigeria in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
He explained that, the deceased who hailed from Mallam Madori local government died at 3am at the hospital.

He said that the deceased had been registered at the Mallam Madori center of the board.
Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu Tahir confirmed that the family of the late pilgrim had been informed.
According to him, the Director General Alhaji Ahmed Umar Labbo, Management and Staff of the State Pilgrims Board commiserated with the family over the death of Hajiya Rabi Mohammed Mohammed.
The Board prayed to Allah SWT to have mercy upon the deceased’s soul, forgive her sins, grant her the highest rank in Jannah and comfort her family over the irreparable loss.
The Jana’iza prayer of Late Hajiya Rabi Mohammed Mohammed will take place after Magrib prayer in Holy Mosque Makkah today Saturday 29th, June 2024.
