The Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) has been applauded for its collaborative efforts with the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) towards rebranding and building a positive image of Nigeria.
President of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, NIPR, Dr. Ike Neliaku made the commendation while speaking with newsmen at the diamond jubilee induction of the NIPR in Abuja.
He said that the FRCN had graciously given the NIPR space to have its National Office beside them free of charge.
Dr. Neliaku appreciated the Director General of FRCN, Dr. Mohammed Bulama for the gesture and called on other stakeholders in the industry to unite and design a new narrative for Nigeria.
On his part, the Director General of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Dr. Mohammed Bulama pledged the corporation’s commitment to supporting NIPR in leading the campaign for a better country.
Dr. Bulama whose sixtieth birthday coincided with that of the NIPR was made to cut a cake to mark the diamond jubilee celebration.
