Kaduna State Head of Service, Hajiya Habiba A. Shekarau, has described the two-day capacity-building program for staff officers working with MDAs as instrumental in advancing the state’s progress.

Hajiya Habiba Shekarau, who revealed this in an interview in Kaduna, said the capacity building focused on record-keeping and procedures in the government service

She clarified that the goal is to remind all civil servants of their responsibilities.

We need to equip civil servants with the necessary knowledge required for their service by enhancing their capacity regarding government policies. This will enable them to effectively communicate and implement these policies to the people” , hajiya Habiba Sheksrau noted.

Describing their feelings about the workshop, participants Nayi Dauda from the Kaduna State Head of Service’s office and Augusting Abui expressed their satisfaction with attending the workshop, emphasizing the necessity for improving their capacity.
