Muslim ummah has been urged to commit to praying to Allah to end the lingering security challenges across the country.

The Deputy Chief of Staff in charge of administration to the Kaduna State Governor, Mal Umar Hassan Waziri, gave the charge in an interview with Radio Nigeria in Zaria.

Mal Umar Hassan Waziri emphasized the need for Muslim communities to pray for the country and Governor Uba Sani’s administration to bring about positive development.

The Deputy Chief of Staff expressed satisfaction with Islamic clerics who conducted Ramadan tafsir in Kaduna State in a peaceful manner.

Mal Umar Hassan Waziri commended the commitment of the Emir of Zazzau, Mal Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, in the propagation of Islam and uniting Islamic organizations under one umbrella.

He called on Muslims to put what they learned during the month of Ramadan into practice to receive Allah’s reward in the hereafter.
