Christians have been urged to imbibe the spirit of sacrifice to enable others live in peace as Christ lived.
The Bishop of Diocese of Kwara, Anglican Communion Right Reverend Sunday Adewole stated this in his Easter message at the Cathedral of St. Barnabas Sabo-Oke, Ilorin, Kwara State.
He advised Christians to rely on God in order to make things work well for all.
Bishop Adewole said sacrificing time, talent, treasure, and faithfulness in God will bring peace into the country.
He noted that the resurrection of Jesus Christ is a reality that brought salvation and healing.
Bishop Adewole also stressed the need to trust and develop faith in God and come to Him when things are good.
