Kaduna Gov’s Wife Urges Prayers to Rescue Kuriga’s Abducted Students

The Wife of Kaduna State Governor Hajiya Hafsat Uba Sani has appealed to people to continue to pray for the rescue of the abducted students of Kuriga and others within shortest possible time.

She made the call while distributing
palliatives to orphans, students and teachers of Ummul-Mu’uminun Hafsat Islamic Academy at Hayin Na’Iya, Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

Hajiya Hafsat Uba Sani lamented that her husband was working with all stakeholders to ensure the safe return of Kuriga’s students.

On the issue of the palliatives, the wife of Kaduna State Governor Hafsat Uba Sani said she recognized orphans, students and teachers to be among the beneficiaries.

She commended the management and teachers of Ummul-Mu’uminun Hafsat Islamic Academic for their effort in inculcating moral value to the students and also pray for peace, unity and development of Kaduna State and Nigeria in general.

Headmaster of the School, Mallam Hassan Abubakar commended the wife of the governor for the gesture and called on the wealthy Individuals as well as other wives of the governors to also assist the needy.

A Head girl in the school Fatima Abdullahi said the wife of the governor was the founder of the school and the school was and among the best in Islamic studies with very little school fees.

The palliatives distributed are rice, millet, sugar, wrappers for girls and materials for boys among others
