Emir of Zazzau MAL Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli has expressed sadness over some court judgement across Kaduna state.

Mal. Nuhu Bamalli stated this while receiving the executives of Human Right network of Nigeria at his palace in Zaria.

The Emir explained that judges executing judgement and granting Bails to people suspected to be criminal offenders within the communities was a bad signal.

He stressed the need for stakeholders in the judiciary to take urgent steps to curtail the injustice and unnecessary granting of Bails to suspected criminal.

Mal. Nuhu Bamalli charged lawyers to desist from causing delays when defending individuals in the court .

The Monarch assured people that the emirate council was committed to settling dispute or misunderstanding among individual.

The emir described the human right commission services as a factor of building the nation and solving misunderstanding without attending court.

Earlier the Zone one Coordinator of the Human Right Commission Dr, Bala Sani said that the commission’s annual conference on Human Right was proposed to hold in Zaria.

Dr Bala Sani added that there was planned workshop for District head to educate them on protecting right of the citizens amongst others.
