Kaduna State government has reiterated its commitment to the safety and welfare of corps members in the state.

Governor Uba Sani made this remark at the opening and swearing – in ceremony of the 2023 Batch B stream one orientation course held at the temporary camp in Kaduna.

The governor who was represented by Permanent Secretary Ministry of Human Services and Social Development Mr. Stephen Joseph , encouraged corps members to also be committed to the scheme’s programmes by rendering services that would effect positive change for nation building.

He added that security of lives and property of citizens remain a top priority of his administration.

The NYSC State Director Mr. Mahmud Hassan Taura called on the eight hundred and fifty-eight corp members to be disciplined and law abiding.

He appreciated the Kaduna State Government for their usual support for the scheme .
