
Adamawa State House of Assembly has unanimously elected the new leadership of the 8 Assembly.
The member representing Hong Constituency in the State Assembly, Mr Bathiya Wesley has emerged as the new speaker of the 8 Assembly unopposed.
He emerged unopposed after gaining the support and cooperation of the entire members of the assembly.
Bathiya Wesley paid the price and got the tag of leadership that can bring out the unimaginable leadership threads to work for the entire state.
He has been a law Maker representing his constituency for years, where his colleagues considered him a profitable partner.
Meanwhile, Member representing Jada Mbulo in the State House of Assembly, Alhaji Mohammed Jijiya had also successfully emerged as the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly.
Both the speaker and his Deputy, assured more attention on laws that would have a direct positive impact on the good people of the State.
While Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri congratulates the new leadership of the Assembly for their victory and emergence as Members of the 8 Assembly.
He urged them to be honest, prudent, resilience and patriotic in discharging their duties as Members, for the overall interest of the state.
