Collation is yet to commence in Sokoto
state despite earlier commencement of the election yesterday.
Radio Nigeria reports that In the late hours of yesterday, information coming from Sabon Birni ,Rabbah Illaila and Sokoto North LGs indicated that violence had shortchanged the process of Election with report of ballots box snatching and tearing of ballots papers.
According to INEC official who did not disclosed his identity, told Radio Nigeria that Bandits dispersed voters and INEC officials at Tsamiya village of Rabah LG .
Also reports of bandits disturbing the election in Goranyo and Illaila was also reported late hours of yesterday.
