The Federal High Court will on the 31st of this month, begin its 2023 Easter Vacation.

In a statement signed by the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Justice John Tsoho, disclosed that the Easter vacation will end on Monday, the 17th of April.

Justice Tsoho said the vacation is pursuant to the provisions of Order 46, Rule 4 (b) of the Federal High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2019 (as amended).

The statement issued by the Assistant Director Information of the Court, Dr. Oby Christopher indicated that during the vacation period, the Abuja, Lagos and Port-Harcourt Judicial Divisions will remain open to the public only for cases of extreme urgency.

Meanwhile, Justice Ahmed Mohammed and Justice Donatus Okorowo will serve as vacation Judges for Abuja Judicial division.
