The member representing Tarauni Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives Alhaji Hafizu Kawu said the bill he presented before the National Assembly has scaled through first, second and third readings ,waiting for presidential accent .

Hafizu Kawu stated this during a media dialogue organized by the Kano State Correspondent chapel, held at the Nigeria Union of Journalists Centre Kano.

He said as a law maker representing Tarauni federal constituency , he had presented several bills and motions before the federal house of representatives.

” A bill for the establishment federal medical center in Kano has scaled third reading and is also awaiting presidential accent “

The lawmaker maintained that he had executed over fifty capital projects in the last three and half years within Tarauni local government area of the state.

“During the campaign period, I observed that my constituency was facing serious Challenges on infrastructural decay, that’s why I concentrated on the reconstruction of road networks in almost every ward of Tarauni Local Government Area”

Alhaji Hafizu Kawu maintained that under the constituency projects scheme, many blocks of school classrooms were provided, aimed at enhancing the well-being of the general population.

He added that if re-elected as a member in the forthcoming election, he will focus more in enhancing the welfare of his people ,geared towards building the lives of the people.
