Kwara State Police Command has banned the operation of motorcycles and tricycles between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. to ensure safety and security in the state.
A statement by the command spokesman ,Okasanmi Ajayi said the ban on the operation of motorcycles and Tricycles was not targeted at any political party loyalists.
According to him such assumption was false and without basis.
Okasanmi said no union leader was arrested by the police for supporting any political party in the state.
He assured the determination of the command to continue to sustain the level playing field it had always provided for all political parties in the state.
