Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has urged the people of the state to remain committed to building an inclusive state where public resources work for all .

AbdulRazq stated this in his
new year congratulatory message to the people of the state.

He advised the residents to joined hands with the State government and work towards ensuring everyone attain their full potentials on the strength of their hard work, talents, and not necessarily on account of any political affiliations.

The Governor appealed to citizens to shun actions or utterances that may jeopardize public peace and safety or put families in danger as the country move closer to another general election.

AbdulRazq also urged the residents of the State to ensure continued support for the security agencies.

The Governor explained that the administration would continue to pursue programmes, policies and projects that will deepen opportunities for all.

He urged them to reassert their democratic right to elect leaders who answer only to the citizens and not to any clique of powerful individuals under whatever guise.
