NIN Registration : Enrollment Officers Seeks Urgent Intervention Over Non Payment Of Allowances

Adhoc enrollment officers who were engaged by the National Identity Card Commission for NIN registration about have decried non payment of their allowances for months.

Alhaji Nasidi Abdullahi Dorayi who addressed journalists in Kano on behalf of the adhoc staff said they were disturbed by the non chalant attitudes of NIMC regarding the non payment of the allowances.

He said despite the services they rendered, nothing has been done to settle their hard earn entitlements.

“We have enrolled about ninety-three million Nigerians across the country, we did the job perfectly, and we have children and families to cater for, that’s why we are appealing to Mr. President to intervene so that we will be settled”

He said the Minister of Communications Professor Ali Pantami had earlier promised to come to their aid by ensuring that their entitlement was settled.

Alhaji Nasidi Abdullahi Dorayi maintained that the affected people are currently suffering because most of them relied on their entitlement to be paid before they can settle some of their problems.

“Over Twenty Thousand people were currently not paid, hence the urgent need for the Commission to settle the debt for peace to prosper”

He appealed to the Minister to do everything possible by ensuring the resolution of the matter amicably.
