The People’s Democratic Party in Plateau State says it is going into the 2023 General elections as a strong and united Family.
Addressing Journalists in Jos, Chairman of the Party in the State Mr Christopher Hassan noted that the Party has been interacting with aspirants and candidates at all levels and expressed satisfaction with the outcome.
He alleged that the Party is aware of some of it’s members were working against the party but assured that they will not succeed as the Party is keen to take over leadership of the State, come next year.
Hassan said following encouraging judgement and the confirmation of the Party’s legitimacy as the Executive of the Party, it will continue to work with great understanding and commitment to ensure that the Party returns to Government House.
He noted that adhoc committees have been put in place for the 2023 Campaigns, taking cognizance of competence and spread across the State as well as the Political Interest of the Party’s critical stakeholders.
He assured that the Party has put everything in place to recieve the PDP candidate as he visits plateau State next week.
The PDP State Chairman said the party will address the attacks on communities the State, stressing that it’s Gubernatorial Candidate Mr Caleb Mutfwang has the personality, experience and exposure to address the challenges facing the State.
He also accused the ruling APC in the State of lopsided employment process at the end of the administration and challenged the State Government to publish the names of those employed.
