The city of Kaduna was agog on Saturday, November 19, 2022, as the Bureau Chief of Kaduna Galaxy Television hooked his long-time heart-throb, the vivacious Amanda Jacob.
The nuptial knots tied at the St Dominic Catholic Church Unguwan Pama, witnessed an unprecedented crowd at the church auditorium where family, friends, media colleagues and well wishers came from far and near to witness the historic event.
The church premises was adorned with the couple’s colour of the day ; Red, Gold, Blue and white as seen in the groom’s friends beautiful Blue Suits while the Brides mates fly thier beautifully sown blue color dresses.
Shortly after the couple were joined, the action shifted to Eli-Amanta Event Center Barnawa where the wedding planners had put in a professional touch to settings and decorations giving the ambience a magical look in what could best be described as ‘wonderland.
Fireworks and music from DJ Bubu ushered in the couple of the moment as they hit the hall with different dance styles to the bewilderment of all as accompanied by groomsmen and bridesmaids.
M.C of the occasion , the very Arome Philip Omachi AKA oga D thrilled the audience with his suave and smooth style as guest cracked their ribs and were seen enjoying every bit of it!!!
Commenting on the love of the moment, the Chairman Nigerian Union of Journalists Kaduna State chapter Mrs Asmau Halilu Re-echoed to the couples to be Patient with one another and embrace thier challenges with open heart assuring that with God by thier side they will overcome anything.
“There will definitely be challenges especially within the next five years because they are two people from different background but with adequate communication, understanding and prayers they will surmount them all,” she said.
She appreciated all media colleagues from within and outside the state that came to celebrate with the couple, adding that the groom is hardworking and dedicated to his Work.
In his Remarks to the groom and his newly minted wife , Elder brother to the groom -Mr. Isaac Abrak Chairman, NYCP for BAT, stressed that God almighty is the one that commissions the institution of marriage as such it is blessed and beautiful hence the need to manifest God’s glory continuously through the display of affection for one another.
“For Bossan, the Joy and success of the home lies In his hands through purposefull leadership and proper communication as he is already bless with a beautiful wife,” he concluded.
Spotted at the event included; the Kaduna State CAN chairman, Mr Joseph Hayab, Kaduna State Police Public Relations Officer, Mohammed Jalige, notable policians, top government officials, representatives from traditional Coucils, Journalists and persons from all works of lives.
