Kaduna State Government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding MOU for the development of a Film Village in the State.

The signing took place at the ongoing Kaduna Economic and Investment KADIVEST Summit and was done by Mohammad Hafiz Bayero, the Administrator of Kaduna Capital Territory Authority and other development partners.

Hafiz Bayero said the Kaduna Film Village would boost and modernize the local film production structure and framework in the State.

According to him, the Film Village when completed would provide job opportunities to performing artists, actors, cinematographers, writers, directors, make-up artists, cinematographers, audio-visual editors, and others.
