Environmental Health Officers under Kaduna North Local Government Area have discovered a man allegedly detained for about 20 years in a house at Bayajida Street by Ibrahim Taiyo road, Kaduna.
According to an eye witnessed, The environmental officers visited the house this Wednesday morning to check some beverages stored in the house but discovered a man locked in a room.
According to the source, they locked him for almost twenty years.
“He did everything in the room. He was naked.” He said.
“The Man has turned like an animal”
Police from Maganin Gari picked the man this afternoon to station.
