Former minister of information, labaran Maku has announced his withdrawal from the ongoing people’s Democratic Party (PDP) governorship primary election in Nasarawa state.
At the venue of the party primary election in Nasarawa local government area, Mr Maku said the decision to pull out followed wide consultations with family, friends and associates.
Mr Maku, a former deputy governor of Nasarawa State, had only recently returned to the PDP from All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), where he had contested the governorship election during the last exercise in Nasarawa.
