Ten Lawmakers of the People’s Democratic Party PDP in Kano State have tendered their defection letters to the State House of Assembly.

A statement by the Director of Press and Publicity of the State House of Assembly Malam Uba Abdullahi in Kano, says the law makers announced the plan in a letter addressed to the Speaker Alhaji Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari.

It explains that the 10. Lawmakers maintained that they have defected from PDP to NNPP due to unhealthy leadership tussle at the state and national levels.

It also notes that Members defected are Isyaku Ali Danja, Aminu Sa’adu Ungoggo, Umar Musa Gama, Lawan Hussaini Chediyar ‘yan Gurasa and Mudassir Ibrahim Zawaciki,

Others are Tukur Muhammad, Mu’azzam El-Yakub, Garba Shehu Fammar, Abubakar Uba Galadima, and Yusuf Babangida Sulaiman

While receiving the letters, the statement says the Speaker Alhaji Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari wished them well in their future endeavours.
