Speaker of Taraba State House of Asembly, Prof. Joseph Albasu Kunini (MP), has felicitated with Muslim faithful in the State as they join their counterparts in other parts of the world to celebrate this year’s Eid-el-Fitr marking the end of the month-long Ramadan Fast.

In a statement issued by his Chief of Staff, Kunini prayed to Almighty God to reward the Muslim Ummah bountifully for their good deeds and supplications during the month-long fast.

The Speaker also enjoined Muslims to use the unique festival to pray for peace and security that everyone desire to coexist peacefully and forge ahead in the State.

Similarly, Governor Darius Ishaku has congratulated the Muslim Ummah in the state on the occasion of this year’s Eid-El-Fitr being celebrated globally.

Through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Bala DanAbu, Ishaku praised the Muslims for the discipline and sacrifice they exhibited throughout the holy month of Ramadan and prayed to Allah to accept their acts ofworship.
