Kano state hisbah board has debunked rumours circulating that it had arrested 78 young men and women engaged in same sex marriage at white house restaurant, Nasarawa GRA Kano.

Commander General of the kano state hisbah board Sheikh Dr. Harun Muhammad Sina Ibn Sina denied the rumour to newsmen at hisbah headquarters sharada Kano.

According to him,agency the succeeded in apprending 47 men and 31 under age girls engaged in illicit acts, after a tip off by good Samaritan’s.

The commander general explained that the young men and women were found in compromising positions using drugs, while preparations were in top gear for the commencement of a birthday party.

Sheikh Ibn Sina described youths as leaders of tomorrow, and charged parents and guardians to be more vigilant due to the high level of moral decadence in the society.

He said,the agency had commenced investigation and would invite parents and guardians of those arrested for necessary action.

Some of those arrested who spoke to Radio Nigeria, Ummi Musa, Khadijah Bashir and Sakina pleaded for leniency and promised not to engage in such acts.

They noted that they were invited to a birthday party at the restaurant without their parents knowledge.

Recall that kano state hisbah board has reaffirmed it’s dedication to sanitizing Kano free of all forms of vices.
