Provision of free and compulsory education has been identified as one of the cardinal objectives of Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje’s led administration.

The speaker Kano state house of assembly Engineer Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari stated this, at the Qur’anic graduation ceremony of forty nine students of Khadijah Sakafatul Qura’n lilulimil Islamiyya Wal Arabiya,Dambatta local government area.

According to him,the state government had set up modalities in place to uplift the standard of education, through the establishment of Kano state Qur’anic and Islamiyya schools management board among others.

The speaker described provision of quality education as a collective responsibility of all relevant stakeholders.

Engineer Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari urged parents and guardians to be more vigilant on their kids performance, and movement to ensure a crime free society.

He commended the management of the school for their tireless efforts especially on Qur’anic memorization and urged them to intensify prayers for peaceful coexistence in the country.

Earlier on his remarks the head teacher of the school,Malam Tuhami Adamu called on philanthropists and wealthy individuals to assist the school by providing them with a permanent site to boost Islamic and western education in the area.

He said the school was committed to the provision of qualitative students through Qur’anic memorization and intensive coaching on various Islamic subjects.
