Councillors from ninety nine wards in nine local government councils of Niger East Senatorial District of Niger state have called on Comrade Saidu Etsu who is aspiring for the position of National Chairman of APC to step down and support Senator Mohammed Sani Musa to move the party forward.
The local government law makers under the aegies of zone B made the call while addressing Newsmen in Minna.
Speaking on behalf of the Councillors Speaker Chanchaga local government council Alh Sani Imam said this had became necessary to portay to Nigerians the unity of purpose and oneness of Nigerlites.
Alh Sani Imam explained that Senator Sani Musa stood for a functiinal democracy thus the need to elect him to lead APC at the National level to enhance its credibility and acceptabiliry.
Also speaking Chief Whip Chanchaga legislative council Alh Mamman Gawu maintained that Senator Sani Musa has impacted positively on the lives of members of his constituency.
Alh Kabiru Gawu however added that he had also empowered the youths to be self reliant by way of taken them off the street for useful ventures.
