Governor Badaru Abubakar has sent a congratulatory message to the Emir of RIngim Alhaji Sayyadi Mahmud Usman on his 30 years anniversary as the Emir of Ringim.
In a statement made available to newsmen by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Public Relations Alhaji Habibu Nuhu Kila, explained that the Emir of RIngim is a symbol of peace who has passion for educational development not only in his domain but the nation in general.
According to him, his reign as Emir of RIngim has brought development, sustainable peace, and honour for the emirate and the state as a whole.
Alhaji Badaru Abubakar said the Emir had continued to encourage progressive initiatives that had engendered unity, peace and tolerance in and around the state, worthy of emulation.
The Governor while congratulating the Emir prayed to Almighty Allah for good health, prosperity and many more years in the service of humanity.
