Jigawa State Committed To Enhancing Vibrant Civil Service – Deputy Governor

Jigawa state government says it will continue to promote man power training that will enhance the capacity of its civil servants.

The state Acting Governor, Mallam Umar Namadi gave the assurance at a two day workshop on MEMO and speech writing organized by the Directorate of Manpower Development and training in collaboration with the industrial training fund, for all permanent Secretaries and some selected Heads of parastatals held in Dutse.

He said the Governor Badaru’s led administration is committed towards providing avenue that would encourage civil servants to achieve effective service delivery.

Mallam Umar Namadi said the workshop would assist the participants to gain more knowledge and skills on how to write memo and speeches for effective communication.

In her remarks, the Area Manager, Industrial training fund Kano, Hajiya Hauwa Muhammad Adamu said the programme is designed to developed and refresh the knowledge, skills and attitude of the participants to achieve the objectives of the workshop. 

In his welcome address, the jigawa state Head of service Alhaji Hussain Ali Kila called on participants to rededicate themselves to the training in order to achieve the desired objectives.
