The National Pension Commission PenCOM is to commence online verification and enrolment for the 2021 retirees and prospective retirees of the Federal Government treasury-funded ministries, departments, and agencies.
A statement by PenCOM management says it has developed an online application that automates the annual pre-retirement verification and enrolment for retirees and prospective retirees effective September
It explained that those eligible for the online verification include Employees of Federal Government treasury-funded MDAs who retired between January and August 2021 and those who are due to retire from September 2021.
The exercise also captures those who missed the enrolment exercises in previous years
It added that Retirees/prospective retirees for the year 2021 are required to go to PenCom’s website to initiate the online enrolment process
