The Kano State Governor Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has paid condolence visit to the families of 18 Doguwa flood victims to commesarate with them and the people of Doguwa over the tragedy .

The Governor Donated the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000) to each of the victims family.

He prayed for the reposed souls of those who died as a result of the heavy downpour which resulted into flood.

“When the information of this sad tragedy reached us we were seriously shocked. May Allah Forgive the victims, who died as martyrs, being washed away by flood. May He give them the ultimate reward of Jannatul Fiddaus, ameen,”

The Governor was accompanied the Leader, House of Representatives, Alhassan Ado Doguwa, party leaders and elders, some Commissioners, members of the State Executive Counci, Advisers and other top government functionaries.

Families of the victims expressed their appreciation to the governor and his entourage and prayed for successful completion of his tenure.
