Dr Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi, APGA Chieftain in Zamfara state and National secretary board of trustees

COV/ SANI HARUNA, ZAMFARA

The National Secretary, Board of Trustees of the All Progressive Grant Alliance APGA, Dr Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi along with 14 local Government Chairmen, 147 wards chairmen of the party in Zamfara State have dumped to All Progressive Congress APC.

This followed by the Zamfara State Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle intention to decamp from PDP to the ruling party APC slated for tomorrow, Tuesday.

Dr Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi made the declaration on Monday at his residence in Gusau while addressing the state executives Council of the party.

According to him, since 2002 APGA is about 19 years ago as a substantive registered political party in the country, adding that since then, he has never change his party to another despite all political terrain.

“I dumped APGA to help Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle to develop the state in all sector of the economy for the betterment of good people of Zamfara State”.

Rudio Nigeria exports that Shinkafi a former Gubernatorial candidate of APGA and the Secretary of the party’s Board of Trustees has in a letter to the National Secretary of the party last week announced his resignation as a member of the party and Secretary of the BOT.

In a remark, Bello Maijama’a said, they unanimously agreed to relieve their respective positions as leaders of the APGA comprising all 14 local government chairmen and 147 wards chairmen of along with their supporters in the state and followed Abdullahi Shinkafi and Governor Matawalle to APC for the development of Zamfara State both socially, economically and politically.

In her address, Zamfara State women leader of the APGA,Hajiya Halima Abdullahi said, women from the party in the state have unanimously supported Alhaji Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi and Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle for APC for the wellbeing of vulnerable women in the state.
