Jigawa government has revoked all illegal allocations and transactions of lands in forest reserves across the state.

A statement by the state Commissioner of lands, housing and regional planning, Alhaji Sagir Musa stated this in Dutse.

It says that the government has expressed dismay on the way and manner some outgoing local government chairmen in the state are curving and selling forest reserves, farm and plot of lands to private individuals in their respective areas.

The statement therefore advised individuals involved in such land transactions to retrieve their money from the chairmen as government will not accept any illegal allocation and acquisition of land across the state.
