Governor Samuel Ortom has called for collectivity in the fight against insecurity.

Speaking with newsmen after a closed-door meeting with President Buhari, the Governor said every citizen should give their contributions to the fight against crime.

He urged the citizenry to ignore ethnicity, politics, and sectionalism, and work together to attain the much-needed tranquility in the country.

The Governor also refuted that he staged managed his attack to whip sentiment towards his political ambition.

Governor Ortom commended President Buhari for the measures taken thus far to ensure peace in the country.
