Emir of Ringim in jigawa state, Alhaji Dr. Sayyadi Abubakar Mahmoud has called on wealthy individuals and philanthropist in his domain to continue assisting orphans and less privileged to improve their livelihood.

The Emir made the call during the distribution of Uniforms and learning materials to 100 orphans and less privileged children donated by retired DIG Uba Bala Ringim.

Represented by Chiroman Ringim Alhaji Usman Sayyadi explained that, wealthy individuals have a a great role to play in reforming the lives of orphans.

He prayed Allah to reward the donor and urged parents and guardians of the orphans to ensure good use of what they had received.

In a speech, Chief Imam of Unity secondary school Friday mosque Mallam Nasiru Alhassan said, last year Alhaji Uba Bala supported over 100 orphans with uniforms and learning materials as well as tricycles for disabled persons to ease their lives.
