The federal government has reaffirmed it’s determination in uplifting the standard of correctional centers in all parts of the country.

The minister of Internal Affairs Mr Rauuf Aregbesola states this during when when he paid an inspection visit to the three thousand capacity new correctional custodian facility which is under construction at Janguza, Kumbotso local government Area of Kano State

He said the administration of president Mohammad Buhari was working asidiously in the aspect of uplifting the well being of inmates in all correctional centers across the nation.

Mr Aregbesola maintained that three thousand capacity correctional centers would be built in the six geo political zones of the federation.

He expressed his appreciation on the face and quality of work Achieved so far,saying when completed modern custodian facilities would be provided.

In his Remark the controller General of the Nigerian Correctional Service Ahmed Jafaru said the new facility would be completed this year.

He said when completed it can cater for inmates serving at gwauron Dutse and Kurmawa correctional centers , saying all needed facilities were incorporated in the new ultra modern correctional Custodian facility.
