Eid-El-Kabir: Emir Of Kauru Reminds KDSG On Proposed KASU Campus In Kauru LGA

The Emir of Kauru his royal Highness Alh Zakari Ya’u Usman has urged the Kaduna State Government to fulfil the promise made on establishing the State University KASU satellite Campus in Kauru LGA towards boosting access to tertiary education.

His highness Alh Zakari Ya’u stated this in a message to Mark this year’s Ed El Kabir celebration at his Palace in Kauru.

According to him, establishing the satellite campus, in the area will encourage human capital development for sustainable economic growth of the State and the nation at large.

The Emir who called on governor Nasir El-rufa’I to look into the decade-long electricity problem from Pambegwa to Kadage town to boost investment opportunities, also appealed for the provision of solar power access to portable drinking water and for agricultural practices to complement the absence of electricity in the area.

All Zakari Ya’u Usman II stressed the need for people to maintain a harmonious relationship with each other and cooperate with the authorities for an intelligence report in their area to further strengthen the security in the country.

The Monarch advised youths and politicians to shun politics of bitterness and rancour toward promoting peace ahead of the 2023 general election.

He congratulate Muslim faithfuls for another Eidel Kabir period and urged them to continue to leave in peace irrespective of their religious differences for the progress of the state and Nigeria.
