Ramadan 2023 -Hisbah Board Deploys Personnel To Mosques In Kano

Kano State Hisbah Board says, it has deployed its personnel to mosques, across the state to ensure safety of lives and property during ramadan.

The Commander General, Kano State Hisbah Board Sheikh Dr. Harun Muhammad Sani Ibn Sina, made the indication while speaking to Newsmen in Kano.

According to him, hisbah corps posted would visit mosques during iftar, tarawih, and tahajjud prayers to protect worshippers and their properties against criminal elements.

Speaking on the issue of those engaging in societal vices during the sacred month, he noted that, the board would intensity efforts aimed at evacuating those found guilty of disturbing the state’s peaceful atmosphere.

Sheikh Ibn Sina highlighted that, hisbah personal would apprehend anyone found guilty of truncating the teachings of Islam during Ramadan, especially ticktockers who were fond of using deregatory comments.

The commander general advised the public to assist orphans and the needy to bring succour to their suffering.

He pointed out that, feeding during the holy month is rewarding as Allah (SWT), opens the doors of paradise as such there was the need to multiply good deeds to gain Allah’s favour.

Radio Nigeria reports that, the Kano State Hisbah board, was established by the state government in 2003, and saddled with responsibilities of enhancing public norms and forbidding wrong vices among Muslims.
