APC Resolves 80 Percent Legal Cases In North West – Secretary

A total of twenty five litigations against the All Progressives Congress in the North West Zone have been resolved while eleven are at various levels of being resolved.

Zonal Secretary of the APC, Barrister Bello Muhammad disclosed this while briefing newsmen after a meeting with Legal and Legislative Field Committee of the party in Kaduna.

He said after the primary elections, the party recorded thirty five legal cases against the party , but due to tireless efforts put in place, only eleven of the cases were still pending.

Bello Muhammad said the zone through the Legal and Legislative Field committee has been working tirelessly to resolve all the remaining cases including that of the gubernatorial candidate of Kaduna State , so as to go to the polls comfortably in unity for victory in the 2023 elections.

Also speaking, Zonal Legal Adviser of the party, Barrister Bashir Hussaini described the zone as the most peaceful and has the highest number of voters in the country.

He affirmed that the party will strictly adhere to the electoral Act during campaigns.

The meeting was attended by members of Legal and Legislative Committee, including representative of the National Legal Adviser of the Party Mallam Ahmad El- Marzuk.
