Nigeria Joins Other Countries To Usher In 2022

Nigeria has joined the rest of the globe to cross over to 2022 with the hope that the new year would be better than 2021.

President Muhammadu Buhari urged Nigerians to promote peace and development amidst security and socio-economic issues.

The President also called on the people, irrespective of their religious and political affiliation, to keep the country united against all odds.

President Buhari gave assurance that the government would remain resolute in its commitments its policies and programmes.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola last week declared January 3, 2022, as a public holiday in celebration of the New Year.
