Cattle Herders To Receive Training In America

Investiture of Mrs Amina Temitope Ajayi as the Miyetti Allah Brand Ambassador

An academy that will expose the Fulani pastoralists to modern cattle rearing and end the lingering clash of Fulani and farmers is to be established across the country.

The first set of the train the trainer cattle ranch academy beneficiaries are to travel to California, USA to be trained.

The Brand Ambassador of the Miyetti Allah Kautal Fulani Socio-Cultural Association Mrs Amina Temitope Ajayi stated this after her investiture as the brand ambassador of the association in Uke, Nasarawa State.

Mrs Temitope Ajayi said she had developed a blueprint for the total transformation of the cattle rearing and farming business that would l change the Gross Domestic Product GDP of the country.

According to her, cattle ranches and the whole gamut livestock farming is a revenue earner, export and job creation for the state of California in the US where it earns over $13 billion annually and in addition to generating gainful employment for more than 38000 young adults

Mrs Temitope Ajayi stressed that the same fit can be attained in Nigeria with the implementation of her blueprint.

The Miyetti Allah Kauta Hore Brand Ambassedor said they have patnered the federal Mortgage Bank to build one million low cost houses for one million Fulani herdsmen attached to their farm settlement in the country.

The housing scheme will change the phase of cattle breeding business and align it with international best practices.

Earlier the National Secretary of the  Miyetti Allah Kautal Fulani Socio-Cultural Association Alhaji Saleh Alhassan said Mrs Amina Temitope Ajayi was appointed as brand ambassador of the group because of her qualities and exposure of haven’t spent over 30 years in the United State of America.

Alhaji Alhassan noted the Mrs Temitope Ajayi is expected to lead the campaign on creating a positive image of the association especially to the international community that they are peace loving and progressive minded.

Highpoint of the event was the decoration of Mrs Amina Temitope Ajayi with the Fulani attire.
