NYSC : Over 1600 Corps Members Deployed To Kano State

The 2021 Batch B Stream one has been charged to uphold the spirit of selfless service , brotherhood and togetherness for nation building.

The Kano State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps Hajiya Aisha Tata Mohammad gave the charged during the Swearing in ceremony of the 2021 Batch B Stream one corp members held at the Permanent site of the Orientation Camp, kusalla karaye Local Government Area of Kano state.

She said the scheme established four decades ago is geared towards national integration, brotherhood,and tolerance irrespective of Religious or ethnic differences.

Hajiya Aisha Tata Mohammad who was the presiding officer during the Swearing in ceremony explained that the three weeks Orientation Camp was designed to provide the Corp Members with the requisite training for the service Year.

“This training would Acquaint you with a better understanding and knowledge about the Scheme and the new Enviroment you find yourself”

The State Coordinator charged them to participate actively in camp Activities, as that all arrangements have been put in place in ensuring their security and Welfare throughout the service year in Kano State.

Earlier, the Camp Director Hauwa Pembi said a total of one thousand six hundred and fifteen Corp members were registered.

” I’m happy to inform you that the Corp members have quickly adopted to the Camp Enviroment with very high spirits,and have been conducted themselves in a very responsible Manner”

Hauwa Pembi added that during the three weeks training ,the Corp members would be drilled in various aspect of life ,geared towards preparing them to face the challenges ahead.
