Eid-el-Kabir : Governor Atiku Bagudu Preaches Tolerance, Patriotism

Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State, wants people to be more tolerant with each other irrespective of religion and ethnic background.

Governor Atiku Bagudu, made the call in a message to felicitate with the people of the state on the occasion of the Eid-el-Kabir.

He advocated the urgent need for citizens to show more love and respect for each other and to be more patriotic to the country.

While congratulating the Muslim Ummah in the State for the Eid – Kabir, Alhaji Atiku Bagudu said Sallah period was a solemn and real time to shower love and respect as well as imbibe the virtues of assistance.

“There is no better period than now to exhibit the virtues and sterling qualities of our Noble Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in this Holy Month”.

The Governor appealed to Nigerians to complement the efforts of government, support security agencies and other critical stakeholders in ensuring the return of normalcy, peace, unity and security of the nation.
