Blue Ivy Carter, the 9-year-old daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, is already a Grammy winner.
The celebrity daughter and her mom won best music video at the early ceremony Sunday for “Brown Skin Girl,” originally released in the original motion picture soundtrack for the 2019 “The Lion King: The Gift” and then as part of Beyoncé’s visual album “Black is King.”
The music video, directed by Beyoncé and Jenn Nkiru, also features appearances by Lupita Nyong’o, Naomi Campbell, Kelly Rowland, Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson, and her youngest daughter, Rumi Carter.
“Life Is Good,” by Future featuring Drake, “Lockdown” by Anderson .Paak, “Adore You” by Harry Styles and “Goliath” by Woodkid rounded out the rest of the category.
Blue Ivy is now one of the youngest Grammy winners in history, joining a list that includes 14-year-old LeAnn Rimes, 17-year-old Lorde and 18-year-old Billie Eilish.
Beyoncé, meanwhile, led all Grammy nominees with nine nods, including record and song of the year for “Black Parade.”
