Armed Forces Command And Staff College, Jaji Gets New Boss

New Commandant of the Armed Forces Command and Staff College Jaji Kaduna, Air Vice Marshal Ebenezer Olayinka Alade has pledged to uplift the standards of the college in line with its objectives.

He made the pledge shortly after taking over the mantle of leadership of the college from immediate past Commandant of the college, Air Vice Marshal Abubakar Sadick Liman.

Air Vice Marshal Ebenezer Olayinka Alade assured that in line with the college’s reputation of training junior and senior officers in staff duties, he would not compromise standards.

The Commandant also pledged to run an open door policy through regular interactions with staff and students with a view to nipping problems in the bud.

He urged directing staff of the college to make learning conducive for students so as to produce quality officers for Nigerian Armed forces.

Air Vice Marshal Ebenezer Olayinka Alade commended the immediate past Commandant of the college for the giant strides recorded under his watch, and appealed to staff of the college to accord him the necessary support and cooperation to enable him deliver on his mandate.

Earlier, immediate past Commandant of the college, Air Vice Marshal Abubakar Sadick Liman urged the new Commandant to be professional in addressing issues.

He also called on staff, officers and soldiers to continue to be loyal and objective in the discharge of their duties.

Until his appointment, Air Vice Marshal Ebenezer Alade was the Director of Plans at headquarters, Nigerian Airforce, while the outgone commandant has been appointed Deputy Chief of Intelligence.

Highlight of the event was the signing of the handing and taking over notes between the new and former commandant.
