The Progressive Governors forum has expressed commitment to redesigned, re-shape plans and structural adjustments in the All Prigressive Congress APC to achieve successes in the future general elections in Nigeria
The Chairman of the Forum and Imo state Governor Hope Uzodinma gave this assurance at the end of their meeting to review the party’s recent achievement in Abuja.
Hope Uzodinma said the meeting was to review the outcome of the party’s primary elections in the country and bi – elections where the All Progressive Congress APC has recorded huge successes.
The Chairman also assured their readiness to continue to work together, support and strengthen the ruling party to prepare very well ahead of the future general elections in Nigeria for more fruitful results.
Hope further explained that the meeting also discussed extensively on how to address all the challenges confronting the progress of the democratic system.
The forum re-assured meeting with the leadership of the party APC to concratize plans of action on how to go about the future National Assembly and Presidential elections in the country.
According to him this would address all the external and intra- party problems that may likely bring setbacks during elections, while assuring that this will strengthen the current efforts of the leadership of the party APC in making sure that all problems are adequately address in good time to have whooping victory during the general election.
Hope Uzodinma has also assured Nigerians a better future when President Bola Ahmad Tinubu is given the opportunity for the second time, considering number of developmental projects for long term plans in the renewed Hope agenda, for Nigerians to reap on the divident of democracy.
